Blue Orange Games is an industry leader of games like this. They offer a huge variety of games for all members of the family, big or small, and I have had the pleasure of trying some of them in the past, which I am sure you have read. I was offered the opportunity to take a look at two other new additions to the Blue Orange family of games.
Dr. Eureka is a game for every little scientist at heart. This happens to be my 6 year old's favorite game that we have. This game challenges your child with patterns. You pick a card, and you have to try to get the patterns using test tubes. You can play single player or with other players. I will say, this game was a lot of fun for me to play as an adult and also game me a little challenge. This game is a lot of fun that you can play for hours. This is recommended for ages 8 and up and can have 1-4 players. My 6 year old understood the concept and did well, but with the little marbles, adult supervision should always be used with this game.

Fast Flip This fun game can be played in a couple of different ways. You can use the tokens with the cards or just the cards. This was a great game for my 6 year old to learn. He really loved the card aspect of it. Basically, you flip the card and figure out what fruit is the number. This really helped him with counting and mastering. With the tokens, its the same idea, only you can steal another players tokens. He wasn't too keen on this aspect of the game, but with the older kids, they seemed to love it and got very competitive. This game is recommended for ages 7 and up and can have 2-8 players. If your child is younger like mine, it doesn't take long for them to grasp the concept of the game.
